Initial: (4-6 weeks) Give 1 ml per 25 lbs of body weight, twice daily. 15 lbs or less: Give 1/2 ml, twice daily. Maintenance: Give 1 ml per 25 lbs of body weight daily. 15 lbs or less: Give 1/2 ml daily.
