9. What are generic drugs?
A generic drug is a copy of the brand-name drug with the same dosage, safety, strength, quality, how it is taken, performance, and intended use.

The only differences between generics and their brand-name counterparts are that generics are less expensive and may look slightly different (eg. different shape or color), as trademarks laws prevent a generic from looking exactly like the brand-name drug.

Do I need a prescription?
A prescription is required if the product(s) is sold by prescription in the customer's jurisdiction.

What if I need to return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Total Vet Supply, simply return the product and we will refund you 100% of its value, including the shipping cost. Even if the package has been opened, don't worry! Return the opened package and we will refund you 50% of its value.

How long are my credits valid on at Total Vet Supply?
All credits will only be valid for 6 months from date issued.

What if I find a lower price with another online pet pharmacy?
